Description: Images from 11/06/2016 Jesters Portraits front gate photo operation did not transfer from the local machine onto the external hard drive.  After the images were processed and uploaded for web, the images became unusable during a file transfer process to a backup drive.

Resolution: We are currently on file recovery; however, not all photos taken this season will be available for order.  If your photos are not showing online, please use the following form and we will check to see the availability of of your images.  Additionally, please use the form to let us know if you think your images were affected.
